Small Jobs Done Right.
No Project Too Small.
Small repair requests may include deck boards, fencing, concrete patches, or drywall. Call Bill for a written estimate and confirmation of the project address, scope, and availability.
We Actually Take Small Jobs
Most big contractors ignore small jobs — they're not worth the paperwork. All-Pro is different. We hold capacity for repair and small-project work because it's how we earn repeat customers and referrals. Call Bill Session directly to discuss projects of any size.
If you've been putting something off because you thought it wasn't "big enough" to call a contractor — call us. We'll tell you straight whether we can help and what it'll cost.
The honest truth about small jobs: Most contractors in Metro East won't return your call if you need two deck boards replaced or a section of fence fixed. We will — and we'll show up when we say we will. That's why small-job customers turn into big-job customers.

Deck Repairs in Metro East
Deck repairs are the most common small job we handle. A rotted board, a wobbly railing, a post that sank — these are safety issues that get worse if you wait. We assess the whole deck when we come out so you don't get surprised later.
Common deck repairs we handle
- Deck board replacement — rotted, cracked, or warped boards swapped out, pressure-treated or composite
- Railing repair or replacement — loose balusters, broken top rails, full railing swaps
- Post and footing issues — sinking, heaving, or rotted posts refooted properly
- Stair repair — stringers, treads, risers, handrails
- Ledger board repair — where the deck attaches to the house is the most important structural element
- Joist and beam repair — structural framing that's been compromised by moisture or insects
Safety check included: When we come out for a repair, we walk the whole deck. If we see something that's a safety issue, we'll tell you — honestly, not as a sales pitch. You decide what to do with the information.
Fence Repairs in Metro East
Wind storms, aging posts, and frost heave take down sections of fence every year in Metro East. We handle fence repairs quickly — usually within a week of estimate for smaller jobs.

- Broken or rotted boards/pickets — wood privacy fence board replacement
- Gate issues — sagging gates, broken hardware, gate post repair
- Chain link repairs — fabric, tension bars, posts
- Vinyl fence repairs — cracked or broken panels and posts
Concrete Patching & Small Flatwork
Not every concrete job needs to be a full driveway replacement. We handle patches, small pads, step repairs, and section replacements throughout Metro East.
| Job Type | Typical Range | Notes |
|---|---|---|

| Driveway section replacement | $800–$2,500 | One or two panels, cut and replace |
Interior Repairs
Small interior repairs we handle as part of our remodeling services — you don't need a full remodel project to call us.
- Drywall holes and damage — patch, float, texture match, prime
- Water damage repair — drywall and substrate after a leak is fixed
- Soffit and fascia — rotted or damaged exterior trim that's letting in moisture
- Basement wall cracks — assessment and non-structural repair
