This Privacy Policy explains what information All-Pro Construction & Landscape and Metro East Project Match by Bill, operated by Bill Session LLC, collect through this website, how it is used, when it may be shared, and what choices you have.

Information We Collect

• Contact information you submit, such as your name, phone number, email address, city, and preferred contact method.
• Project information you submit, such as service type, timing, photos, scope notes, budget range, quote intent, and estimate details.
• Employment or business-opportunity information you submit, such as work history, trade skills, availability, tools, transportation, age-eligibility confirmation without a birth date, business size, service area, insurance status, public proof links, qualifications, and optional resume files.
• Membership and billing-support information, such as business name, account email, selected plan, requested account action, payment status, receipt or invoice references, and communications about a subscription. Full payment-card numbers are handled by the payment processor and should not be entered in our forms.
• Basic website, security, and form metadata, such as first landing page, submission page, referring site, campaign tags, inferred lead-source category, a browser-generated lead-session identifier, first-seen and submission timestamps, and limited device, browser, network, and security-check information used to prevent abuse.

How We Use Your Information

• To respond to estimate requests, schedule follow-up, and discuss your project.
• To route or share project requests with All-Pro or participating contractors when that is necessary to respond to your request or when the project is a better fit elsewhere.
• To review crew applications, subcontractor capability profiles, contractor listing requests, affiliate-page inquiries, and optional business-growth requests.
• To create and maintain approved contractor profiles, administer Project Match Pro memberships, provide billing support, process cancellation or plan-change requests, and maintain related business records.
• To improve the website, forms, lead tracking, and local project-match process.
• To send optional marketing emails only if you clearly opt in.

Email and Marketing

If you submit a project request, we may contact you about that request by phone, text, or email. If you separately opt in to marketing email, we may send occasional project tips, seasonal reminders, promotions, or service updates. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe option. We keep a suppression record after an unsubscribe request so the address is not accidentally added back to future marketing sends.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information as a consumer data commodity. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the website and process submissions, such as form delivery, analytics, email, spreadsheet, CRM, hosting, security, or payment tools used for business operations. We may also share project-request information with All-Pro or participating contractors when needed to respond to your request, provide a quote path, or refer the project to a better-fit provider. Employment and business-opportunity submissions may be reviewed by All-Pro personnel and service providers supporting the review process; they are not public listings unless a separate public-listing approval is given.

Third-Party Services

This site uses service providers such as FormSubmit for emergency form-delivery fallback, Google Workspace for business records and email, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for website measurement, OpenAI Ads for campaign measurement when an OpenAI advertising campaign is active, Cloudflare Workers and Turnstile for protected form relay, rate limiting, hosting, and abuse prevention, GitHub Pages for deployment support, and Stripe for approved membership checkout and recurring billing when enabled. These providers may process form information, applicant attachments, billing metadata, or limited device, network, security, and usage data under their own privacy terms.

Contractor Profiles and Membership Billing

A contractor application is private during review. If a contractor separately approves public listing information, the business name, logo, public phone, website or profile links, service categories, service areas, submitted project proof, and paid-member or featured status may be displayed publicly. Private account email, private billing notes, full payment-card information, tax identifiers, bank information, and internal review notes are not intended for public display.

Stripe processes payment credentials for approved paid memberships. We may receive a customer reference, plan, subscription status, payment status, billing email, and limited transaction details needed to administer the account, but the website forms do not request or store a full payment-card number. Billing and cancellation requests are routed privately to the owner-review lane.

Employment Applicant Data

Employment applications and optional resumes are used to evaluate qualifications, communicate about the hiring process, maintain an applicant-review record, and comply with applicable obligations. They are reviewed privately by All-Pro personnel and service providers supporting form delivery, email, and business records. They are not published or used as a public Metro East Project Match by Bill profile.

Do not include a Social Security number, driver's-license or identification image, date of birth, bank or tax information, medical or disability information, genetic information, criminal-history information, or other sensitive records in the application or resume. If a later hiring stage lawfully requires employment-eligibility, background, tax, or identification records, All-Pro will request them separately with the notice, authorization, or offer-stage process that applies.

You may ask All-Pro to update or delete applicant information where legally and operationally appropriate. Records may be retained when reasonably needed for recruiting, recordkeeping, dispute handling, security, or legal compliance.

Analytics and Browser Choices

Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity may use cookies or similar technologies to help us understand page visits, device types, call and text link clicks, estimator activity, form activity, campaign attribution, and website performance. On an approved OpenAI Ads landing page, the OpenAI Ads Measurement Pixel loads only after you choose “Allow measurement.” Choosing “No thanks” or using a supported Global Privacy Control signal keeps that Pixel off. The website code does not add form answers or contact details to OpenAI measurement events. All-Pro’s approved policy is to keep automatic advanced matching disabled; its Ads Manager setting must be verified before a campaign launches. Where browser storage is available, the site keeps first-touch attribution so a later form submission can be connected to the original visit. Attribution can be incomplete or unavailable, and its absence never prevents form submission. You can limit cookies, browser storage, or tracking through your browser settings and supported privacy controls.

Data Retention

We keep website submissions, applicant files, and related business records only as long as reasonably necessary for estimating, project follow-up, applicant or contractor review, customer service, marketing records, legal compliance, dispute handling, security, or internal operations.

Your Choices

• You can choose not to provide optional information.
• You can ask us to stop sending marketing email.
• You can contact us if you want us to update or delete information where legally and operationally appropriate.
• Project Match Pro members can request a plan change or stop a future renewal through the online billing and cancellation page.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect information we keep, but no website, file-upload, email, or spreadsheet system is perfectly secure. Do not send Social Security numbers, banking details, medical records, identification images, or other highly sensitive information through website forms or resume uploads.

Children

This website is intended for adults seeking construction services for homes or properties. We do not knowingly market to children or intentionally collect personal information from children.
