These Terms of Service govern use of this website and website forms for All-Pro Construction & Landscape and Metro East Project Match by Bill, operated by Bill Session LLC.
Website Use
You may use this website to learn about services, request an estimate, or contact the business. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operation, scrape form endpoints, or send spam, false requests, or unlawful content.
Estimate and Match Requests
Submitting a form does not create a contract and does not guarantee acceptance of a project. Estimates, scheduling windows, routing, and availability may change based on scope, site conditions, materials, travel, weather, subcontractor availability, or other project realities.
Project Communication
By submitting a project request, you agree that Metro East Project Match by Bill, All-Pro, or a participating contractor may contact you by phone, text, or email about the specific services you requested. Marketing email should only be sent when you opt in separately.
Referral and Contractor Independence
Metro East Project Match by Bill is a project-match and referral platform. All-Pro may perform some jobs directly. Other jobs may be shared with or referred to participating contractors. Unless Metro East Project Match by Bill or All-Pro is explicitly named as the contracting party in a separate written agreement, any referred contractor remains an independent business responsible for its own pricing, permits, licensing, registration, insurance, scheduling, contract paperwork, workmanship, and legal compliance.
Paid Participation Disclosure
If a participating contractor pays a membership, placement, advertising, or referral fee connected to Metro East Project Match by Bill, that relationship may affect visibility or which contractor receives a request. Material paid relationships will be disclosed to homeowners. Read the Referral & Disclosure Notice for more detail.
Project Match Pro memberships are separate recurring business services sold by Bill Session LLC. The current plans, automatic monthly renewal terms, cancellation method, refund rules, and member responsibilities are stated in the Plans & Pricing and Pro Membership Terms. Members can request online billing help or cancellation through the Billing & Cancellation page.
Employment, Subcontractor, and Growth Inquiries
Submitting a crew application, subcontractor capability profile, contractor listing request, affiliate-page inquiry, or business-growth request does not create employment, a subcontract, an agency relationship, a public listing, or a promise of work, placement, referrals, revenue, or leads. Employment terms require a written offer. Project work with an independent business requires separate review and a written agreement. The actual working relationship and applicable law control classification, regardless of the label used on a website form.
An applicant authorizes All-Pro to use the application and optional resume for current or reasonably related hiring review. All-Pro evaluates lawful, job-related qualifications and does not guarantee an interview, assignment, or offer. The posting and application are not an employment contract. Pay, schedule, employment status, overtime eligibility, benefits, expense arrangements, start date, and other final terms exist only in an applicable written offer.
The advertised construction crew role is limited to applicants age 18 or older because assigned work may include construction tools, equipment, and job-site duties restricted for minors. The initial application asks only for confirmation of age eligibility and does not request a date of birth.
Do not submit Social Security numbers, identification images, dates of birth, tax forms, bank information, medical or disability information, genetic information, criminal-history information, citizenship information, or insurance-policy documents through public website forms or resumes. All-Pro does not request criminal-history or medical information in the initial application. If sensitive records are lawfully needed after preliminary review, All-Pro will provide a separate process and any required notice or authorization.
All-Pro considers applicants without unlawful discrimination and will consider reasonable accommodations for the application and hiring process where required by law. Contact All-Pro directly rather than placing medical details in a public form.
Pricing and Scope
Website content, example pricing, and estimate ranges are informational only. Final pricing, scope, and timing are determined through direct review and any written proposal or agreement issued for the project.
Illinois Project Agreements
A website request, planning range, or preliminary estimate is not a construction contract. When Illinois home-repair law applies, required written contract terms, consumer-rights information, and cancellation notices will be handled through the separate project agreement. Nothing in these website terms waives rights provided by applicable law. Homeowners can review current guidance from the Illinois Attorney General.
Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate contact, project, application, and business information. If information submitted is false, incomplete, or misleading, All-Pro may decline to respond, estimate, schedule work, continue an application, approve a listing, or discuss a business relationship.
Third-Party Services and Links
This site may rely on third-party tools for form delivery, analytics, maps, reviews, social links, approved membership checkout, or recurring billing. Those services, including Stripe when enabled, operate under their own terms and policies.
Intellectual Property
Website copy, branding, photos, layouts, and other original site content belong to All-Pro Construction & Landscape or are used with permission. You may not reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.
Disclaimers
This site is provided on an as-is basis for general business information and project inquiries. All-Pro does not guarantee uninterrupted site availability, error-free content, or that every inquiry will result in a project fit.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, All-Pro Construction & Landscape and Bill Session LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or reliance on website-only information. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
