What the badge confirms

The badge means All-Pro matched the reviewer to a completed All-Pro project using one or more private business records. A matched record may include customer contact information, the project address, approximate completion date, an invoice or work-order number, scheduling records, project communications, or project photos.

Email ownership alone confirms only the email address. It does not, by itself, verify that All-Pro completed the project.

Review verification steps

1. SubmissionThe reviewer provides contact details, project details, an honest rating, and publication permission.

2. Project matchAll-Pro compares the private submission details with completed-project records.

3. Privacy checkPrivate contact, address, invoice, and work-order information is removed from anything public.

4. StatusThe review is marked Verified, Unable to verify, or Not publishable under this policy.

5. PublicationOnly reviews with permission can appear publicly. Verified reviews display the badge.

6. CorrectionA reviewer can request a factual correction, privacy edit, or removal by contacting All-Pro.

What the badge does not mean

It is not independent verification by a third-party marketplace, directory, or search platform.
It is not a guarantee, warranty, or endorsement of every statement in the review.
It does not mean All-Pro paid for, rewarded, or required a positive review.
It does not mean a critical review receives a different verification standard.

Publication standards

All-Pro accepts genuine positive, neutral, and critical feedback. A review may be withheld or removed when it cannot be matched to a project, lacks publication permission, exposes private information, contains threats or unlawful content, impersonates another person, includes unrelated advertising, or appears fraudulent.

Review wording is not changed to improve sentiment. Limited edits may be made for private information, formatting, or obvious typographical errors without changing the meaning. Material edits require the reviewer's approval.

Information displayed publicly

With permission, a public review may show the reviewer's first name and last initial, Metro East city, project type, rating, review text, approximate project month, and verification status.

Email addresses, phone numbers, exact project addresses, invoice numbers, work-order numbers, and internal customer records remain private. See the Privacy Policy for additional information.

Ownership disclosure and corrections

All-Pro Construction & Landscape owns this website and performs the project-match review process. The review system is intended to document genuine All-Pro customer experiences and is not presented as a neutral contractor marketplace.

To request a correction, privacy change, or removal, call 618‑581‑0676 or use the contact page. Include enough information for All-Pro to identify the review without placing private details in a public message.
