1. Capability review
All-Pro reviews your trade, business history, service area, proof, insurance status, tools, references, and current capacity. Submission alone creates no relationship.
All-Pro is building relationships with dependable, properly documented residential trade businesses for possible project opportunities in Belleville, O'Fallon, and nearby Metro East communities.
This lane is for independent businesses that control how they operate, maintain their own business records, and can enter a written scope or subcontract. Individuals seeking an hourly employee position should use the crew job page.
Who should apply
Owner-led and smaller residential companies are especially welcome, including solo operators and teams of roughly 1–15 people. Larger qualified companies may also submit when the project and service area fit.
How the relationship works
Calling someone a subcontractor does not decide their legal classification. The actual work relationship, independence, project scope, and applicable Illinois and federal law control.
All-Pro reviews your trade, business history, service area, proof, insurance status, tools, references, and current capacity. Submission alone creates no relationship.
If a possible project fits, the parties review the homeowner scope, access, timing, permits, safety needs, documentation, pricing, and who is responsible for each task.
Work should begin only after project review and signed terms. Compensation, payment timing, change orders, documentation, and responsibilities belong in a written agreement.
Business capability intake
This first form goes to Bill and Tony. Do not upload tax forms, identification, bank details, policy documents, or other sensitive records here. Those are requested securely only after a preliminary review.
