Request snow removal for your property
Bill has confirmed snow removal for this season. Tell All-Pro which areas need attention and where the property is located. The team reviews access, surface conditions and scheduling before confirming the work.
Identify the areas that need attention
List the specific areas you want reviewed and their approximate dimensions if known. Explain which access points matter most to you. A request for one area does not automatically include every path or surface at the property. Photos taken safely from the ground can help the team understand the layout before discussing a defined scope.
Describe access and existing conditions
Tell us about gates, narrow passages, steps, slopes, parked vehicles and obstacles that affect access. Identify the surface materials where known and mention existing damage or areas you want avoided. Do not guess at measurements or concealed conditions. Unknown details should stay unknown until the team can review them.
Clarify the work before it starts
Ask what areas are included, what preparation is required from you and where removed snow would go. Keep those decisions in the agreed scope. Equipment, treatment methods and recurring arrangements require separate confirmation; the service name alone does not establish those details. This page does not promise emergency response or a particular clearing method.
Set realistic scheduling expectations
Include the timing you need and how the crew can reach you to discuss availability. Sending a request is not a dispatch confirmation or a reserved response window. Ask how the team will confirm scheduling and notify you if the plan changes. A preferred time is useful information, while a firm commitment requires direct confirmation.
Send one complete request
Provide your city, exact address, the areas to be reviewed, access notes and photos if safe to obtain. If you already have a written description of the scope, include its relevant details rather than assuming the crew has seen it. The team reviews the request before confirming availability and price. Do not enter an unsafe area solely to collect information for an estimate.

Seasonal requests are welcome from New Athens, Belleville, O'Fallon, Swansea, Shiloh, Fairview Heights, Maryville, Glen Carbon, Edwardsville, Collinsville, Highland, Troy, Granite City. All-Pro is based in New Athens; these are service areas, not separate offices. The exact address, requested work and schedule still need review.
